Using the My Queue view to focus your work

A shared Creative Roadmap is great for the whole team, but on any given morning you don't need to see everyone's work — you need to see yours. The My Queue view filters the board down to just the creatives assigned to you, so you can stop scanning columns full of other people's cards and get straight to what you own.

What My Queue shows

My Queue is a filter that keeps every creative where you are the assignee and hides the rest. It still respects your status columns, so you see your own cards spread across Working, Ready to test, Testing, and any other stage — just without the noise of the full team's pipeline. Combined with the due dates on each card, it becomes a personal to-do list built from real creative work rather than a separate tracker you have to keep in sync.

How to turn on My Queue

Open the Creative Roadmap.
In the filter bar, select My Queue (or the my-queue filter option).
The board redraws to show only cards where you're the assignee.
Stack additional filters on top — for example, filter by status to see just your testing creatives, or by ad type to see only your UGC work.
Clear the My Queue filter at any time to return to the full team view.

My Queue depends on assignees. A card only appears in your queue if you're set as its assignee, so make sure creatives are assigned when they're handed off — otherwise they slip through the cracks.

Combining My Queue with other filters

The real power comes from layering filters. My Queue narrows the board to you; the other filters narrow it further. A few combinations creative teams use every day:

My Queue + Working — everything currently on your bench, ready to be built
My Queue + Ready to test — your finished assets waiting to go live, so nothing sits idle
My Queue + a specific ad type — focus a whole block of time on, say, static image ads
My Queue + awareness level — group your work by where the customer is in their journey

Working your queue with due dates

Every card can carry a due date, and My Queue turns those dates into a prioritized list. Scan for anything due today or overdue first, then work forward. When you finish a creative, move it to the next status column — it stays in your queue until someone else picks it up or it reaches a stage you no longer own, so your queue naturally shrinks as you ship.

Pro tip: check My Queue at the start and end of each day. In the morning it tells you what to build; at the end of the day, an empty (or shrinking) queue is a clean signal that you're on track.

For managers: assign, don't chase

If you run the team, the flip side of My Queue is assignment. When you set an assignee and a due date on a card, it automatically shows up in that person's queue and triggers a notification — no separate message needed.
