How to attach a Vault asset to a roadmap creative
A roadmap creative explains the job to be done; the Vault stores the actual image or video your team made. Attaching the Vault asset joins those two pieces of work, so anyone opening the creative can see the deliverable in context rather than searching through folders or chat threads.
For image assets, ATIYO shows a compact preview in the creative details. Video assets retain a direct link to the source file. You can replace or remove the attachment later without deleting the Vault file.
Before you start
- The file should already be in the Vault, or be ready to upload as an image or video.
- Open the workspace that owns both the roadmap creative and the asset. ATIYO keeps brand workspaces separate.
- You need editing access to change the creative attachment.
Attach a file from the roadmap
- Open Roadmaps and select the relevant creative.
- In the creative details, find the Ad Creative section.
- Select Choose from Vault.
- Pick the correct recent image or video. Image choices show a thumbnail before you attach them.
- Open the attached asset to confirm it is the right production file.
Upload while you attach
If the deliverable has not reached the Vault yet, select Upload deliverable in the same Ad Creative section. ATIYO uploads the selected image or video and attaches it to the roadmap creative. The file then remains available in the Vault for review and future reference.
Attach from the Vault instead
You can also open the file in the Vault, choose the option to attach it to a brief, and select the matching creative. This route is helpful when a reviewer is already looking at the final deliverable and wants to connect it to the production request.
Replace an outdated asset without losing the brief
Open the creative, select Replace, and choose the corrected file from the Vault. The roadmap creative, brief context, status, owner, and due date stay in place; only the attached deliverable changes. Use Remove only when the creative should have no asset associated with it.
