Resetting your ATIYO password
If you can't log in to ATIYO or you just want to change your password, you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes. This guide walks through resetting a forgotten password from the login screen, changing your password while signed in, and what to do when the reset email doesn't arrive.
Reset a forgotten password
Use this flow when you can't remember your password and are locked out. You'll get a secure reset link by email, no support ticket required.
- Go to the ATIYO login screen and choose Forgot password.
- Enter the email address you use for ATIYO.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email.
- Open the email and click the reset link.
- Enter a new password and confirm it.
- Log in with your new password.
Change your password while signed in
If you already know your current password and simply want to update it, for example after sharing it or on a routine security refresh, you can change it from Settings without logging out.
- Open Settings from the app.
- Find your account or security section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password.
- Save the change.
Choosing a strong password
Your ATIYO workspace holds your Brand Bible, briefs, and creative assets, so it's worth protecting with a password that's hard to guess. Because a single workspace can include strategists, editors, and freelancers, a weak password on any one account is a risk to the whole team's work.
- Use at least 12 characters.
- Mix uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid reusing a password from another tool.
- Consider a password manager so you don't have to memorize it.
- Don't share your login. If a teammate needs access, invite them properly on the Team page so everyone has their own credentials.
What a password reset does and doesn't change
Resetting your password only updates how you sign in. It's a good idea to be clear on what stays the same so you don't worry about losing work.
- Your role, seat, and workspace access all stay exactly as they were.
- Your Brand Bible entries, briefs, roadmaps, and Vault files are untouched.
- Your email address on file doesn't change, so future reset links still go to the same inbox.
- If you want to change the email tied to your account, that's a separate step, not part of a password reset.
The reset email didn't arrive
Reset emails usually land within a minute or two. If yours hasn't shown up, work through this checklist before reaching out.
- Check your spam or junk folder, and any promotions tab.
- Confirm you entered the exact email tied to your ATIYO account. A typo or a different work address is the most common cause.
- Search your inbox for messages from ATIYO in case it was auto-filed.
- Wait a couple of minutes, then request the link again in case the first one was delayed.
Can an Admin reset my password for me?
Passwords are personal, so even workspace Admins can't set or read your password for you, which is exactly what you want for security. What an Admin can do is confirm the email address tied to your account on the Team page, so you can be sure you're requesting the reset link at the right inbox. From there, the self-serve reset flow is the fastest way back in.
Still can't get in?
If you've tried resetting and the reset email still isn't reaching you, the address on file may be different from the one you're checking. A workspace Admin can confirm the exact email on your Team entry. If everything looks right and you're still stuck, reach out through our contact page and we'll help you regain access.
Next steps
Once you're back in, it's a good time to review who has access to your workspace on the Team page and confirm your plan details in Settings. If you manage the account, our Billing FAQ covers plans and renewals.
