Managing your workspace and brand settings

ATIYO product documentation · Account & Billing · 6 min read

Your workspace is the home for your brand's creative operating system in ATIYO, and most of what defines it lives in Settings. This guide shows you what you can manage, from your brand name and brand doc to your team, plan, and Vault storage, so your workspace stays organized as your creative pipeline grows.

What lives in workspace settings

Think of your workspace as everything tied to one brand: your Brand Bible, briefs, roadmaps, and Vault assets. Settings is where you control the account-level details around all of that.

  • Your brand name and workspace identity.
  • Your plan and billing details.
  • Team members and their roles.
  • Vault storage usage against your plan's quota.

Updating your brand name and brand doc

You set your brand name during onboarding, but you can change it anytime, for example after a rebrand or when you spin up a workspace for a new product line. Your brand doc is the brand context you uploaded during onboarding, and keeping it current helps your whole team brief from the same source of truth.

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Locate your brand name field and edit it.
  3. Save your change so it appears across the workspace.
  4. To refresh your brand context, upload an updated brand doc.
Pro tip: when your positioning or offers change, update your brand doc and revisit your Brand Bible avatars and angles together. That keeps every new brief grounded in your latest strategy.

Building out your Brand Bible

Your Brand Bible is the strategic backbone of your workspace: customer avatars, sub-avatars, core desires, marketing angles, and ad types. While it isn't part of the Settings screen, it's the brand-level library that everything else references, so it's worth treating as part of your workspace setup.

  • Add avatars and sub-avatars for each customer segment you target.
  • Bulk import entries using the Excel/CSV template to set up fast.
  • Archive entries you no longer use to keep the library clean without losing history.

A well-maintained Brand Bible pays off every time someone writes a brief, because they can pick a real avatar, core desire, and angle instead of starting from scratch.

Managing your team and roles

Your workspace is only as useful as the people in it. From the Team page you can invite members by email and assign them a role: Admin, Strategist, or Editor. Admins manage settings and billing, Strategists run the creative process, and Editors handle production.

Remember: the only workspace roles are Admin, Strategist, and Editor. Read-only "viewer" access exists only for shared Vault folders, not for the workspace as a whole. For full details, see Inviting and removing team members.

Keeping an eye on Vault storage

Every plan includes a storage quota for The Vault, where your team uploads video, image, and document files. As you scale creative production, storage fills up faster than you'd expect, so check your usage in Settings periodically.

  • Move outdated projects to trash, then empty trash to reclaim space.
  • Keep only the file versions you still need on active creatives.
  • If you're consistently near your quota, consider upgrading your plan for more storage.

Managing your plan

Your plan controls workspace limits, team seats, and Vault storage. You can compare Starter, Growth, and Team or review subscription details in Settings. For a full breakdown of billing and renewals, see our Billing FAQ.

Keeping your workspace organized as you scale

A workspace that starts tidy can get noisy fast once you're producing dozens of creatives a month. A few habits keep your settings and libraries manageable so your team spends time creating, not hunting.

  • Archive stale Brand Bible entries instead of deleting them, so old angles stay searchable without cluttering the active library.
  • Use named roadmaps on the Creative Roadmap to separate concerns, for example one board per quarter or per funnel stage.
  • Keep folder structure in The Vault consistent so editors always know where deliverables go.
  • Review team roles periodically and remove anyone who no longer needs access.

Working with multiple brands

If you run several brands, each one lives in its own workspace with its own Brand Bible, roadmaps, and Vault. That separation keeps a skincare brand's avatars and assets from mixing with a supplements brand's, while you manage each set of settings independently. Each workspace also has its own team and plan, so you can staff and scale brands at different paces without one bleeding into another.

Next steps

Once your brand name, brand doc, and team are set, spend your time where it counts: build out your Brand Bible, start your first briefs, and organize deliverables in The Vault. Revisit Settings whenever your brand, team, or storage needs change.
