Require traceability across the creative cycle
The software should let a teammate move from a completed asset back to the concept and brief, then forward to the recorded result and next action.
Traceability prevents a file name from becoming the only record of what was tested. At minimum, keep the audience, angle, hook, hypothesis, intended variable, deliverable, asset version, launch reference, outcome, and learning related to one another.
