Getting your creative data out of ATIYO
Your work in ATIYO is yours, and there are several ways to get it back out — whether you need a report, a backup, or files to hand to an editor. This guide covers each export path so you always know where your data lives and how to retrieve it.
The three things you'll want to export
ATIYO holds three broad kinds of data, and each has its own way out:
- Analytics — your testing performance, exported as CSV.
- Assets — the video, image, and doc files stored in the Vault, downloaded individually or by folder.
- Structured data — your Brand Bible library, briefs, and roadmap, which live inside the app and can be exported or downloaded depending on type.
Exporting your analytics
The most common export. From Insights, set your date range and filters, then download a CSV of win rate, winners, tested counts, and per-member stats. This is ideal for monthly reviews and client recaps.
Downloading your assets from the Vault
The Vault is a Drive-style space for your creative files. Every file you upload can be downloaded again, and you can keep versions, so nothing is trapped.
- Open the Vault and navigate to the folder you need.
- Select a file to open it, then download the current version.
- For older cuts, open the file's version history and download the specific version you want.
- Repeat for any other folders or files you need to pull down.
Saving your briefs
Briefs are created and stored inside Briefs. If you uploaded a PDF or DOCX brief, that original file is retained and can be downloaded again. For briefs built inside ATIYO, keep the brief live in the app as your source of truth and reference it directly when you brief an editor.
Getting your library data
Your Brand Bible holds avatars, desires, angles, and ad types. Since you can import this data via the Excel/CSV template, keep your original import file as a backup of your structured library. If you built entries directly in the app, they remain available in the library and feed every brief you create.
Common reasons teams export
Knowing why you're exporting helps you pick the right path. The usual cases:
- Reporting — a monthly or quarterly recap for leadership or a client, built from the Insights CSV.
- Handing off assets — sending an approved cut to a media buyer or agency, downloaded from the Vault.
- Backups — keeping a safe copy of your library and testing history outside the app.
- Auditing — reviewing per-member output or a period's win rate in a spreadsheet where you can slice it freely.
Each maps cleanly to one of the three export paths above, so start from the goal and the right file usually picks itself.
What ATIYO does not export
Being straight about this saves confusion: ATIYO doesn't connect to ad platforms, so there's no spend, ROAS, or CPA data to export — those metrics live in your ad manager, not here. ATIYO's exports cover your creative operations: the testing outcomes you record, the assets you upload, and the library and briefs you build.
A simple backup routine
You don't need anything elaborate to keep a safe copy of your ATIYO work. A light monthly routine covers the essentials:
- Export your Insights CSV for the period and file it with the date in the name.
- Confirm your original Brand Bible import spreadsheet is still stored somewhere durable.
- Download any newly approved final cuts from the Vault that live outside your own storage.
- Keep these together in one shared folder so a future teammate can find them.
Fifteen minutes a month leaves you with a portable snapshot of your reporting, your library, and your hero assets — no export tooling required.
Next steps
Set a simple habit: export your Insights CSV at the end of each reporting period and keep your original import file safe. For the reverse direction, see importing your data into ATIYO with Excel or CSV to learn how structured data comes back in.
