Downloading templates and files from ATIYO

ATIYO has a handful of downloadable templates and files, and it's easy to lose track of where each one lives. This guide is a quick map: what you can download, where to find it, and what to do with it once it's on your machine. If you only remember one thing, remember that downloads in ATIYO fall into two buckets — a template you fill in and send back, and files you've created or uploaded and want to retrieve.

None of these downloads require any setup, connectors, or third-party tools. Everything below is a plain file — an .xlsx, .csv, video, image, or document — that lands in your browser's downloads folder and opens in the software you already use.

The Brand Bible import template

This is the one most new teams need first. The Excel/CSV template gives you the exact column structure ATIYO expects for bulk importing avatars, desires, angles, and ad types into your Brand Bible.

1. Open your Brand Bible.
2. Choose the bulk import option.
3. Download the Excel/CSV template.
4. Fill in your rows, keeping the header row unchanged, then upload it back.

Keep the filled-in copy of this template somewhere safe even after you import. It doubles as a backup of your structured library and as a head start if you ever set up a second workspace or brand.

Your assets in the Vault

Every file you've uploaded to the Vault can be downloaded again — video, images, and docs alike. Open a file and download the current version, or open its version history to grab an earlier cut. Nothing you upload is locked in.

This is how you hand a finished ad to a media buyer or agency that works outside ATIYO: download the approved cut from the Vault and send it along, confident it's the version your team signed off on. Because older versions stay attached to the file, you can also pull a previous cut if you decide to revert.

Brief files

If you uploaded a PDF or DOCX brief to Briefs, that original file is kept and can be downloaded again whenever you need to share it outside ATIYO. Briefs you build inside the app stay live in the app as your working source of truth.

Your analytics as a CSV

From Insights you can download a CSV of your testing data — win rate, winners, tested counts, and per-member stats for the date range you've selected. This is the file to grab for reports and reviews.

Troubleshooting a download

Downloads are simple, but a couple of things trip people up:

• The file didn't appear — check your browser's downloads folder and any pop-up blocker; large video files can take a moment to package.
• A CSV opens as one column — that's a spreadsheet setting, not a bad file. Open it via your spreadsheet app's import dialog and choose comma as the delimiter.
• You grabbed the wrong version — reopen the Vault file's version history and download the version you actually need.

A note on what isn't downloadable

ATIYO doesn't connect to ad platforms, so there are no spend, ROAS, or CPA reports to download — that data lives in your ad manager. ATIYO's downloads cover your creative operations: the import template, your uploaded assets and briefs, and your testing analytics. There's also no all-in-one 'export everything' bundle; you download each type from the screen where it lives, using the quick reference above.
