How to switch between brand workspaces in ATIYO

ATIYO product documentation · Getting Started · 4 min read

A workspace is a brand boundary in ATIYO. Its roadmap, briefs, Brand Bible, Vault files, team access, and Brain context belong to that workspace. This lets an operator, creative director, or agency team work across more than one brand without mixing customer language or creative files.

Switch to another workspace

  1. Look at the workspace name in the lower part of the left sidebar.
  2. Select the workspace dropdown.
  3. Choose the brand workspace you want to open.
  4. Wait for ATIYO to load that workspace before creating a brief, uploading a Vault asset, or changing a roadmap.

What changes when you switch

ATIYO changes the active workspace context. The Brand Bible now shows the selected brand's avatars, desires, and angles; Roadmaps shows that brand's creative pipeline; the Vault shows that brand's assets; and Brain uses only that workspace's recorded evidence. You are not moving or copying information when you switch.

Give teammates access to the right brands

A person can have access to more than one workspace, but access is assigned per workspace. Invite or manage the teammate from the appropriate workspace so they see the brands they actually support. Use the workspace switcher before changing permissions to avoid inviting someone into the wrong brand.

Pause before uploading. The most common multi-brand mistake is uploading a finished asset while the wrong workspace is active. Confirm the workspace name in the sidebar first.

A practical multi-brand rhythm

  1. Pick a workspace before the planning session begins.
  2. Create or update the selected brand's Brand Bible entries.
  3. Brief and assign the selected brand's creatives.
  4. Upload and review the selected brand's finished assets.
  5. Switch only when the team is ready to work on the next brand.

For the permissions side, see inviting your team and choosing roles. For the work inside each brand, start with understanding the Creative Roadmap.
