What is ATIYO? A creative operating system for DTC brands
ATIYO is a creative operating system for direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce brands. It gives your creative team one connected place to plan, brief, test, and scale the ads that drive growth, so strategy, briefs, assets, and results no longer live in scattered spreadsheets, chat threads, and cloud folders.
If your team ships a steady stream of paid social creatives, ATIYO replaces the patchwork of docs and shared drives with a single workflow: define who you're talking to, brief the concept, produce and review the asset, then track whether it won. This article explains what ATIYO is, who it's for, and how the pieces work together.
Who ATIYO is for
ATIYO is built for the people behind DTC ad creative: creative strategists, brand and growth marketers, video editors and designers, and the founders who oversee them. It's especially useful once your creative volume outgrows a single spreadsheet and you need shared structure across a team.
- Creative strategists who plan concepts and write briefs
- Editors and designers who produce and revise the assets
- Marketing leads and founders who need visibility into what's working
- Agencies and in-house teams managing multiple creative pipelines
The core building blocks
ATIYO is organized around a handful of tools that map to the real stages of creative work. You don't have to use every one on day one, but together they form the full loop.
Brand Bible
Your Brand Bible is the shared source of truth for who you're marketing to. It stores customer avatars and sub-avatars, their core desires, your marketing angles, and the ad types you run. Because briefs pull directly from it, everyone works from the same strategic foundation instead of reinventing the audience each time.
Briefs
A creative brief turns strategy into a clear production request. You pick an avatar, hook, core desire, angle, awareness level, ad type, and more, then attach inspiration and notes. Growth and Team plans can build custom brief templates, so your briefs match how your team actually thinks.
Creative Roadmap
The Creative Roadmap is a pipeline board that tracks every creative from planned through winner. Statuses, filters, assignees, and due dates give you a live picture of what's in production and what's ready to test, so nothing stalls in someone's inbox.
The Vault
The Vault is a Drive-style asset space with nestable folders, file versions, and Frame.io-style review comments (with optional video timecodes). Editors upload cuts, reviewers leave time-stamped feedback, and approved assets live in one organized home.
Insights
Insights rolls up your outcomes: win rate, winners, how much you've tested, and per-member stats across any date range. You can export the data to CSV for deeper reporting.
How the pieces work together
The tools are designed to hand off to each other in a continuous loop:
- Define your audience and strategy in the Brand Bible.
- Write a brief that references those avatars, desires, and angles.
- Track the creative on the Roadmap as it moves through production.
- Produce, review, and approve the asset in The Vault.
- Mark testing results and read the outcomes in Insights, then feed learnings back into the next brief.
What ATIYO is not
ATIYO is deliberately focused on the creative workflow, not ad buying. To set expectations clearly:
- It does not connect to ad accounts or ad platforms, and does not track spend, ROAS, or CPA.
- The ATIYO Brain is a bring-your-own-key strategic assistant; it does not generate finished ads or invent performance evidence.
- There is no Zapier connector and no mobile app.
- Data moves in and out through Excel/CSV import, CSV export, file uploads, and template downloads.
Think of ATIYO as the system of record for your creative process. You still run your ads wherever you run them today; ATIYO makes the work that leads up to (and follows) each test far more organized.
Why teams switch to ATIYO
Most DTC creative teams start out running their pipeline across a spreadsheet for planning, a chat app for briefs, and a cloud drive for files. That works until volume grows, at which point briefs get lost, versions pile up, and no one can say which creatives actually won. ATIYO consolidates all of it so the strategy, the request, the asset, and the result stay linked.
- One source of truth for audience strategy, so briefs stay consistent.
- A clear pipeline that shows what's in production and what's ready to test.
- Structured review in the Vault instead of feedback scattered across threads.
- Honest reporting on win rate and testing volume you record yourself.
