SMS Terms
Terms for ATIYO's optional text-message program, operated by StoicForge LLC, operating as ATIYO.
1. Program Description
If you opt in, ATIYO may send text messages containing founder-assisted onboarding help, trial reminders, product education, feedback requests, demo information, and occasional promotional information.
2. Consent Is Optional
SMS consent is separate from accepting ATIYO's Terms and is not a condition of purchasing or using ATIYO. The signup checkbox is unchecked by default. By selecting it, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and authorize ATIYO to send the described messages, including through automated technology where permitted.
3. Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your trial and interactions. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After processing the request, ATIYO may send one final confirmation message and will stop covered marketing texts. Reply HELP for help or email hello@atiyo.io. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your ATIYO account or subscription.
5. Privacy
We process your phone number, consent choice, message status, and replies as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number. Communications providers may process this data to deliver messages and manage opt-outs.
6. Changes
We may change or discontinue the SMS program. Material changes will be posted here and, where required, communicated before they apply.
